The time available for presentation:
Plenary Lecture: 40 min
Keynote Presentation: 25 min
Invited Presentation: 15 min
Oral Presentation: 12 min
Young Scholar Presetation: 10 min

Format for presentation: PDF slides or 16:9 ratio PowerPoint for Windows.

To avoid the rush of the presentation setup and wasting time, you are strongly advised to check the compatibility of your PPT presentation file by bring a copy of your presentation on USB storage device to load to the symposium computer at least 2 hours before your presentation or the day before in case of first morning sessions. Our staff there will help you to make sure all fonts and/or audio/video clips are working properly.

Poster session is free discussion.

Posters must be prepared in English and be in the format 90 cm (width) x 120 cm (height). Please download the poster template here, print it yourself, and bring it to the conference venue. The organizing committee will provide necessary materials for mounting your poster.
